Where services have already commenced or been fully delivered, cancellation or refund rights may be limited in accordance with applicable UK consumer laws.

5.3 Job Support Refund Condition

If a user purchases job support services where Careerhelpp agrees to guide the candidate up to the interview stage, and the candidate:

  • Does not attend a scheduled interview
  • Cannot continue for personal reasons

Careerhelpp may issue a refund of up to 40% of the original service fee at its discretion.

5.4 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided where:

  • Services have already been fully delivered
  • False or misleading information has been provided
  • The user breaches these Terms
  • The issue results from user negligence, non-participation, or misuse of services

5.5 Refund Processing

Where refunds are approved, they will normally be processed within 7–14 working days using the original payment method where possible.
